In September 2023 I contacted Bloomsbury Surveyors to survey my newly laid driveway as I had my doubts as to whether it had been laid correctly or if the correct materials had been used. Upon assessing the driveway it soon became obvious to Bloomsbury Surveyors the works had been completed incorrectly both the installation and materials used, so much so that he condemned the whole project, validating my initial concerns. A meeting between Bloomsbury Surveyors and the builder was held at my property where a lengthy discussion took place regarding the builders poor workmanship, this led to a full and concise survey report being submitted which was handed to my solicitor, discussions were held with solicitors, the builder and myself and Mr Bailey was on hand for advice and support for me. After some months the builder agreed to pay back to me some of the money in order for me to get the driveway rebuilt properly by a new company. I can’t thank Bloomsbury Surveyors and his team for all the help and support in achieving this outcome, they made this process so much easier for me
